Biting cold and wind whipped against my face as I climbed up the sheer walls of butte out in the desert of the American Southwest. Snow fell in small pellets here and there, drifting down from the mountains. As I summited the cliff face and looked out over the valley floor, I could see the snow line and the mountains looming above. Clouds exerting their pressure from above created this inspiring scene and left me in awe of the wonders of the world once more.
